Terms and Conditions
When you have placed an order with Bondi Leather you will be sent an Order Confirmation as an acknowledgement that we have received your order. You will also be provided an Australia Post tracking number for you to track once your order has been placed.
DISPATCH OF ORDER
At Bondi Leather we work hard to ensure your orders are processed and dispatched on time.
All orders placed before 1 pm AEST (Mon - Fri) will be dispatched same day.
All orders placed after 1 pm AEST (Mon - Fri) and on weekends will be dispatched the next business days.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
We send all our orders via Australia Post eParcel facility. Bondi Leather best endeavors to meet the delivery timeframe defined by Australia Post but is not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service. Where delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accepted the delivery, a card is generally left for you to collect the parcel from your local post office. Where an uncollected parcel is returned to us, we will contact you and arrange an alternate delivery.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS IN TRANSIT
At Bondi Leather we take great care that our orders are packed securely so that you receive them in a perfect condition. If your item has been damaged in transit, we will replace your item upon receipt of the damaged goods to our warehouse. If an item is missing or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with Australia Post to trace your item. A replacement will be organised at our discretion if Australia Post fails to trace your missing item within reasonable timeframe.
