Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days
- The product is in original condition
- The product has not been used
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. Bondi Leather makes every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Please read item description accurately before making any purchase.
Once we have received the item in our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method for all items confirmed and returned in a re-saleable condition.
Shipping fees are non refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order and any additional shipping cost for refund or exchange.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS IN TRANSIT
At Bondi Leather we take great care that our orders are packed securely so that you receive them in a perfect condition. If your item has been damaged in transit, we will replace your item upon receipt of the damaged goods to our warehouse. If an item is missing or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with Australia Post to trace your item. A replacement will be organised at our discretion if Australia Post fails to trace your missing item within reasonable timeframe.
